Leticia Montalvo, Founder [The Big Cheese]
Rendered with the fruit and spoils of a native New Yorker, Leticia brings the alchemy of Latin rhythms, African sounds, Jazz, Blues, Soul and Rock ‘n Roll melted into the multi-national musical appreciation that has become not only the focus of her work but her signature.
Leticia with her askew sense of humor, lives in Manhattan.
Lian Calvo Serrano, Managing Director [Consigliere]
A dyed-in-the-linen Cuban Idealist and great aficionado of the visual arts and music, Lian has always pursued the brilliance of diversity in cultures which she has clearly brought to Tempest Entertainment.
The sponsor master and the main progenitor of the marketing and creative think tank for Tempest Entertainment and its clients, Lian acts as Managing Director in all facets of the Tempest enterprise.
Lian also believes that her love of international alternative bands gives her license to dress like a rock star. She resides in with her family including serial biting Chihuahuas, Meco and Pedro “Monkey” Bernardo.
